Information overload? Here are a few tips to get the most out of our website.

Let's first look at the main menu at the top. The menu items listed are available from any page on the site. They are the main categories into which the site is divided.

Once you select a main menu item, a new page will appear with a general information regarding the category selected. From there, select square icons in the right-hand column to get all the specifics. Use the "back" button on your browser to return to the main category once more.

In the left-hand column of every page, you'll find some special features designed to make our site as user-friendly as possible. Click on these icons to access easy-to-print material, to e-mail ILISA or for sound and video clips.
